stitch’T quiltI was so psyched when I found this company, called stitch’T.  You send in your old (and freshly washed) t-shirts, sweatshirts, polos, or collared shirts, and they make a completely unique, designed-by-you pillowcase, crib blanket, or quilt!  Awesome idea for people who collect t-shirts and need to make room in their closet.  Or, for the future sports fan in your family.  Or, if you’re a die-hard Penn State fan and you have more Nittany Lions clothing than you know what to do with…you work with stitch’T to make an new heirloom out of your old favorites!  Check out their gallery and faq section for more info.  Prices start at $70 for a pillowcase.  It’s not cheap, but for a company to do all the work and preserve your t-shirt memories, I say it’s well worth it!

I used sticht to make my brother a t shirt quilt. They were fantastic to work with and the quilt is beautiful.

My father passed away right after the birth of my first child and I have wanted to have a quilt of all of his shirts. Maybe now I’ll get it done! Thanks for this website!

stitch’T is nice, and I think they’re a really good choice for someone looking for an inexpensive duvet cover.

My only concern with stitch’T is that the t-shirts would hold up better if the quilt was bound, had sashing and batting, and it was fully quilted.

I think memories like this should last a lifetime, but if you get a cheap design it’s more likely to fall apart than a REAL t-shirt quilt would.

Make sure to consider all your options before you go with stitch’T.
